It’s interesting to know that one 30 day series was the first spark in the channel. Curious to see how it played out! The cliffhanger works too well

Hey Kesh! Thanks. Part 2 coming on Thursday.

To clarify slightly, I still think that the first actual spark was triggered by getting into the algorithm for a few highly competitive and high-volume search terms, such as "yoga for weight loss" in particular.

Then, the 30 Days promo exposed millions of new people to the channel, which significantly accelerated its growth. This was like pouring gasoline onto a small fire.

Very interesting! Would you say you started the 30 day yoga challenge on YouTube? I remember doing Yoga with Adrienne’s first yoga challenge way back then. I guess I was one of those subscribers! Now every yoga channel does this. Pretty cool to think you may have started it all!

By the way, I’ve been such a huge Hilah Cooking and Yoga with Adrienne fan since about 2013-2014. It took me a while to realize they were friends and that you produced both channels.

Thanks for the years of endless entertainment! I love your posts on here too. It’s so interesting to learn the backstories about these channels!

As someone who's done every.single.video of @yogawithadriene, this is so interesting to read! Thanks for sharing.

Hi Fang! I'm a massive fan of Casey's vlogs and still go back to watch them frequently. As a body of work, I think it is very significant, not just as a YouTube thing, but as "filmmaking."
